So today was my day off from.work and school, and frankly I had a ball! Friday is also my parents’ 26th anniversary as well!
My dad was at work, so I spent the day with my mom. We went to the French bakery for brunch. I LOVED THE FOOD. And also went to the Asian market afterwards to grab some ingredients for a soup. 😀
When we got home this was also a surprise. I helped a lot of new hatchlings hatch today! It was really sweet. By 3 o’clock, Socal decided to rain a bit. So in that, I had to make sure all our chickens were covered and safe from both wind and rain. While I was in the middle of my chore, this gentleman popped in.
My dear peppermint! He is back from training in South Carolina. It was so nice to catch up with him. I missed him so much. Being the helpful man that he is, he willingly joined me in my chores.
He is such an amazing friend. I adore him so. We had a great time chatting and eating. We also got to watch a Bollywood film together. It was sweet.
I got to cuddle up with him which was really nice. I missed that. And yeah. Then he went home around 9. His mom is going through some medical issues, so it was good to see him go to support her. ❤
All in all mt adventurous endeavors on Friday was a blast. Now time for work in about 10 hours or so.
Must go to bed… haha.
