Yes, it has been pretty crazy us students at the university.
It’s the final countdown!!
Haha. We only have 3 weeks left. Well technically 2. Finals week does not count. Bit this semester went by so fast!!
I registered for my fall classes on Monday. Well, since I was at work when my enrollment appointment started, my friend enrolled for me. 😀
That helped ease a bit of my anxiety (Even though I had priority registration as a senior) 😂 but all is well!!
I’m taking 5 classes. I technically only need 3, but I decided 5 to finish my Education prerequisites. 😃 I AM DETERMINED TO FINISH!!!
Not sure as to what I’m going to do after I graduate as of yet. But I’m sure everything will fall into place.
I also need to get my driver’s license too. Right now it’s a slow (and I mean SLOW) going process. Been half trying (well more like an eigth trying) for 4 years now. Haha.
Isn’t that wonderful?! 😂🤣
But I’m hoping summer. I need to, because I need to be an independent lady!!
So we will see. Oh yes. And my dress up top there that I got for a pretty sweet deal is mu graduation dress. I actually got it for no apparent reason. I just LOVE dress shopping, and that was the first dress I pulled.
As soon as I saw the price and the size, I was DONE. While I was walking around Macy’s with my dress, I thought, “OH MY GOD! I’m walking for graduation! This is my graduation dress!”
And thus, a very logical reason to buy the dress for myself. 😁 I was so excited to wear it that I put it on at night while I cleaned my room. 😂 exciting stuff.
I also decorated my cap last night. It’s so pretty! Thankful for washi tape! I was unsure on how I wanted to devorate it, but then I saw my washi tape and realized that:
“Yes! Washi tape represents my dorky personality!!”
Soherewearewith my amazingly colorful cap. I also wanted to keep a color scheme going for my outfit as well with the gold. 👍
I am also still in the process of making Dantehis cap and gown.
So yeah. I just realized how long this blog is. 😂 but I had a lot to say. Hoping to update you all on more!! That’s all for now.
So last Tuesday and Wednesday I went to go observe my cousin and little brother’s schools.
Tuesday I observed my cousin’s 1st grafe class and it was a lot of fun. His classmates were so cute! They were very entertained by a new observer in the class.
He goes to a different school district than I did when I was in elementary school, so seeing the difference from my experience to his is quite interesting.
It’s also quite different from the elementary school that I’m observing now. But it was a half day, so we had a great time from 7:55-12:15. His classmates all liked asking me questions and were very engaging. Haha
On Wed, I went to my younger brother’s school. He’s a Junior in High School, and man, I don’t miss the High School system.
His first class was Chem, and I almost fell asleep!! I understand how bad it is for him. Haha. His photo class was fun. They were watching Moana because they had a sub. Then we went to Spanish.
That was a good refresher on my Spanish skills. Lol and then after that was Math. He also had a long term sub in that class so they were studying for their test. My little brother’s friebd from fourth grade called me out. At first I didn’t recogbize him, but then he smiled and in my mind I though wait, I remember now. Kids grow up so fast!
And after math is was lunch. Nothing too interesting there. Then for his English period I observed a 12th grade English course which was nice. Then after, we went to history.
His friends in his class were shocked I was in college, they though I was 16! My goodness, I was kind of trying not to blend in. Haha but after that we went home.
At night my mom and I went to go watch The Shack. That film made me tear up somewhat. It was very good. But also very religious. I was not really expecting that, so I didn’t understand some of the motifs the film was incorporating.
But that was the middle of the week.

Just a really quick update, before I forget to post anything for December.
I finished most of my finals for this semester, and I pray to any lord out there that I am heard and pass all of my classes! ughhh…
But aside from school stuff, work is great! well, not really. but I mean we get Christmas weekend off and New Years weekend as well.
New Year’s eve is my friend’s wedding, so that is going to be so much fun!!
And speaking of holidays, I TRIED GINGERBEAD COOKIES! Meaning I made them. my first attempt and I’m proud of it. 😁
Haha and of course, some of them got dismembered, so I made something out of it. I accidentally added too much flour because I miscounted my flour scooping, but they’re yummy none the less.
I don’t know about you, but when I used to have gluten and whenever I ate gingerbread cookies, I never really liked them. Probably because they were all store bought and hard…🤔
But now, with my new baking skills, they are absolutely delish! I forgot which site it was that I got my recipie from, but I should link the. or something huh? because the people who came up with the recipie deserves credit!
And on a crafting note, I need to go into a crafting hibernation. I have been so swamped! my goodness it’s not even funny. but as the year comes closer to a close, I shall be happy to say, I will have more bows and stuff to publish for you all!
