Hello lovely readers!!

So yesterday was the 4th of July!! And it was a special day. My family and I went to the zoo!

It was a big bundle of fun. Sadly my younger brother forgot the DSLR battery, so we didn’t get great photos, but thank goodness for smartphones. We got decent ones. ๐Ÿ˜Š

First exhibit we went to see were the reptiles! I made a friend with the monitor lizard that was walking around. It posed with me!

Such an adorable creature!!

Surprisingly the zoo was not so crowded. It was a good crowd, and by that, I mean it was well enough thay we could see all the animals without waiting in a long line.

I also went to the petting zoo!!

The amazing goats! ๐Ÿ˜ I made friends with the white one. It liked me! Heehee almost like my Dante! He just needs a hat and glasses. This little guy decided to come as sit by me. What a little cutie. One day, I shall have a goat!

Anyway, the weather was warm, but not uncomfortably warm. It was actually beautiful! When my family and I made our way down to see the marsupials, my sister arrived to the zoo.

We got to go see the rest of the animals. We also toured around the zoo once more to see the monkeys, tigers, and birds with my sister and her boyfriend.

Fun stuff! I unfortunately didn’t get too many photos of the animals, but I got great selfies with them. Haha!

We left the zoo around early evening before watching fireworks at our Aunt’s house.

It was nice considering last year we were on a plane to Alaska and didn’t get to see much of the fireworks.

But a nice evening with the family. My phone was dead by the end of the night, so not too many photos were taken.

But that’s all I have for now. Until my next adventure,

Hello July.

Hello my lovely readers.

It’s been well over a month since we’ve last seen each other. But I guess I’m like a ghost on here.

I passed all of my spring classes!! That’s god news! And I am really proud I finished my memor book in time as my final prpject for my memoir class.

The last few weeks of May was nice. I had a nice graduation ceremony and an even greater grad party after. However, this is not my last semester. I need fall.

And that begins next month. On the 28th. Wow! June has definitely passed by super quick!

Unfortunately, June was a tough one for my family and me. Hence the reason why June ghost time happened.

My brother was hospitalized for a condition that he has. Thankfully he is doing better. He just can’t do as much by himself as he used to.

That being said, hopefully bu the end of this month, I should be on the road and driving! Anyone who knows me, knows that I am scared behind the wheel, but due to recent events, I believe in myself.

So bring it on July! I’m going to be productive!

And that’s all I have time to update as of right now. Love you all~~

Hello April. ๐Ÿ˜€

Just you left and then school is done. May 19th I’m walking for graduation, but I officially finish in the Fall.

I have to talk to my advisor about my classes though. I’m doing that on Tuesday.

It’s just CRAZY how fast this month is going! I just finished my final paper for one class and we’re on final projects! Just crazy!

Yesterday night though, I got to spend it with a few friends I haven’t seen in a while.

As usual, we went out to catch a few drinks. It was a lot of fun.

My cousins from Fresno are also visiting. I didn’t get any photos with them. But we had a nive time catching up about school and life. Some cousins I haven’t seen in a few years!

I hope I finish this semester strong!!

That’s all I have for now. Until then,

DISNEY :โ™กโ™กโ™ก

Since the concert was in Anaheim, I thought Why not hit up Disneyland as well?? So I bought us tickets, and we definitely had a blast.

I didn’t get too many pictures this day, but oh well. I was too busy enjoying the rides and the time with my brothers.

I also took Dante and Sarafina with me. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜€ they loved it. Though most rides I had to keep them in my bag.

We were all matching though!! How exciting!! Haha. The first ride we hit up was Space Mountain, and the wait was about 60 min. In that time, I decided to read my book and annotate it.

Also found out they will be closing the Tarzan Teahouse soon!! WHAT?!?! What is this madness?!?! Ah well, luckily got to see it one. last. time.

And we almost didn’t get to ride the Indiana Jonse ride. But we waited, and we got to ride it at last!! The last time I came to Disney, it was closed.

Splash Mountain was our last stop. It was closed for a bit so my brothers and I found a place to eat that offerred gluten free and corn free options for us.

That was good!! I care for my brother, and if there is nothing he can eat, he will starve. So I took extra care in researching a place. After we were fueled, we went back and my god.

We raced to get to the end and it was great!

We flexed!! My brother’s fist blocked my mouth!! ๐Ÿ™ ah well.

We had great times.

Now awaiting the next few years to see if we can go to California Adventure. Haha

My heart is broken, but it is at ease.

On March 25th 2017, I went to watch Yellowcard’s last anf final performance on stage.

The crowd was managable, so that was good. However, I left my friend Liz behind. I gradually made it to the front where the railing was.

This was where I started.
This was where I ended.

I had a great time screaming my lungs out with everyone. It was an emotional concert, but I enjoyed it. My first Yellowcard concert was my last.

By the end of the night, we both almost lost our voices. I didn’t get anything from the merch station or after the concert. But the amount of memories will live in my heart. I got some photos, and that matters. ๐Ÿ˜

I got to see all of them close up. I think that counts the most.

๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿค˜ they will always be in my heart.

Thursday I was planning to do an observation with my middle schook teacher, but she had a sub come in that day, instead, I invited my buddies over.

We had a good time hanging out for a couple hours. We caught up with one another. We haven’t seen each other since January!

My brother invited two of his friends, and we went to the Elfin Forest!

Of course, I love adventuring here because it is absolutely beautiful!!

I didn’t get a chance to spot any fairy circles. The week before that, I kept on insisting that my brother and I go find some. Lol

But after the hike, my buddies and I went to Chili’s and they got to meet one of my other friends. It was a good day and night I would say.

I had a blast~~

So last Tuesday and Wednesday I went to go observe my cousin and little brother’s schools.

Tuesday I observed my cousin’s 1st grafe class and it was a lot of fun. His classmates were so cute! They were very entertained by a new observer in the class.

He goes to a different school district than I did when I was in elementary school, so seeing the difference from my experience to his is quite interesting.

It’s also quite different from the elementary school that I’m observing now. But it was a half day, so we had a great time from 7:55-12:15. His classmates all liked asking me questions and were very engaging. Haha

On Wed, I went to my younger brother’s school. He’s a Junior in High School, and man, I don’t miss the High School system.

His first class was Chem, and I almost fell asleep!! I understand how bad it is for him. Haha. His photo class was fun. They were watching Moana because they had a sub. Then we went to Spanish.

That was a good refresher on my Spanish skills. Lol and then after that was Math. He also had a long term sub in that class so they were studying for their test. My little brother’s friebd from fourth grade called me out. At first I didn’t recogbize him, but then he smiled and in my mind I though wait, I remember now. Kids grow up so fast!

And after math is was lunch. Nothing too interesting there. Then for his English period I observed a 12th grade English course which was nice. Then after, we went to history.

His friends in his class were shocked I was in college, they though I was 16! My goodness, I was kind of trying not to blend in. Haha but after that we went home.

At night my mom and I went to go watch The Shack. That film made me tear up somewhat. It was very good. But also very religious. I was not really expecting that, so I didn’t understand some of the motifs the film was  incorporating.

But that was the middle of the week.
